Destruction procedure
The data you have entered for purposes like registering an account is first transferred to a separate DB (or a separate filing cabinet if on paper) once the purpose has been fulfilled and stored for a set duration according to our internal policy and other data protection grounds based on relevant laws (see the storing and usage periods) before being destroyed. Personal data transferred to a separate DB is not used for any other purpose besides being stored unless required by law.
