Notice of shareholder title transfer suspension

In accordance with Article 354 of the Commercial Act and Article 13 of our articles of association, voting rights are granted to shareholders listed on the current list of shareholders as of December 31, 2022, to finalize the list of voting shareholders for the annual general meeting, and for this purpose, any changes to the information on the shareholder list including shareholder title transfers and pledge registration and cancellations are suspended from January 1 to January 7, 2023.
