The Company obtained the approval of the merger agreement with Uniflow.inc at the Board of Directors meeting on January 27, 2023, and since the prescribed procedures have been completed by both companies, the Company reports the merger in accordance with the provisions of Article 526 (3) of the Commercial Code by resolution of the Board of Directors and public announcement, replacing the report to the General Meeting of Shareholders.
