OneUniverse, an affiliate of YJM Games, announced on the 13th that it selected KB Securities as its IPO underwriter on the 12th. The plan is to take concrete steps in making an initial public offering (IPO) to be listed on KOSDAQ.

OneUniverse is a comprehensive metaverse company established by joining VR developer ONEIMMERS, MetaHuman developer MSM Studio, Web3.0 developer Uniflow, and visual tech provider BOMBUS. The company's goal is to establish a life-connected metaverse where real life and metaverse is synchronized through VR and AR technology. It has already serviced 10 different types of metaverse content it developed to over 200 stations in 10 countries. Its current business extends to a diversity of areas, such as virtual humans, metaverse career education, single solutions in metaverse creation, metaverse for healthcare, and P&E games with NFTs.
